Our commitment

euro delkredere GmbH & Co. KG places great importance on designing its digital offerings to be user-friendly and accessible.

As our services are directed exclusively at business customers and no services for consumers within the meaning of the German Accessibility Strengthening Act (BFSG) are offered via this website, we currently assume that our online presence is not subject to the statutory obligations of the BFSG.

Nevertheless, it is our objective to design our website in a manner that ensures good usability for all individuals - regardless of their technical capabilities or physical limitations.

State of Accessibility

In designing this website, we align ourselves with the internationally recognized „Web Content Accessibility Guidelines“ (WCAG), version 2.2, conformity level AA.

The current level of accessibility is determined through regular internal reviews and is largely consistent with the above-mentioned guidelines.

A full formal conformity assessment or certification has not been carried out to date.

Measures to support accessibility

To improve accessibility, we implement, among others, the following standards:

  • Keyboard accessibility: Navigation and essential functions can be used without a mouse.
  • Semantic code: The use of semantic HTML structures and, where appropriate, supporting ARIA attributes facilitates the use of screen readers.
  • Alternative texts: Images and graphical elements that convey information are provided with text alternatives.
  • Contrast and typography: We ensure sufficient color contrast and scalable fonts.

Known Accessibility limitations

Despite our efforts, certain limitations may occur in specific areas.

These mainly concern third-party embedded content (such as optional map material), as our ability to influence such content is technically limited.
