Our Business Model

  • Central settlement is a widely used model in the procurement process.
  • A service provider (the central settlement provider) assumes responsibility for paying the supplier invoices on behalf of a purchasing company.
  • In addition, the service provider assumes the del credere risk, i.e., the risk of supplier payment defaults until settlement is made. In the event of a payment default due to insolvency, the supplier receives payment for outstanding invoices from the del credere provider / central settlement provider in the form of compensation.
  • This model can also be applied in other industries, offering corresponding advantages.
